How long will it take to check out my vehicle?


We encourage guests to allow at least 1 hour for vehicle pick-up. One of our Guest Service Officers (GSO) will take you through the Rental Agreement (RA) and show you through your vehicle. During peak times your wait time may be longer than expected.

In Australia and New Zealand, “How To” vehicle videos can be viewed via our thl Roadtrip app at any time, which is downloadable on the App Store or Google Play.
